Mr Bala Reddy - Chairman and Director
Mr. Reddy is a successful Indian entrepreneur and industrialist, having four successful public companies as part of his assets, most notable of which is ICSA (Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India and Fast 500 Asia), a $300m+ revenue technology company specialising in embedded solutions for the transmission and distribution sectors (utilities).  Mr. Reddy is a seasoned executive with directorships of SoftPro Systems, BRG Energy, PR Cements as well as being Chairman and Director of ICSA, all public companies on the Indian bourses.  Mr Reddy was a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2008 and ranked in India's Billionaires Club by Business World (2008). 

Avi Eyal – Chief Executive Officer
Avi Eyal (BSc. Eng.) co-founded a software development, systems, outsourcing, and business consulting firm in 1992 while completing his Engineering degree. Avi sold the company to a public global technology corporation in 1997 and served on its board for a year. Avi established and participated as general partner and manager of a private equity and venture capital fund between 1997 and 2004. Avi co-founded Cura through his investment activities and joined as CEO in Q3-2004. Over the past 8 years Avi has participated in risk and compliance committees of global private and public entities and brings his wealth of experience to Cura both from a management and thought leadership perspective.

Sanjay Malpani - Chief Financial Officer
Sanjay is a commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant from India. He has recently joined the Cura group and shall be responsible for Finance, HR and Administration. Sanjay brings in 18 years of experience in various facets of finance. Prior to joining Cura, Sanjay’s career was with Alghanim Industries, British Gas and Sterlite Industries groups at various positions in finance, strategy and general management. 

Howard Zev - Executive Vice President 
Howard (MBA - Bond Univ. Australia) has been involved in the computing and electronics domains for the past five years occupying various business development positions at leading companies. Howard has significant operational experience and can draw on this experience in defining and understanding customer needs in matters of control, risk and regulatory compliance.

Jaco Greeff -  Chief Technology Officer
Jaco Greeff (B.Eng Electronic) has been involved in the architecture and solutions space for various companies since 1996. After playing the role of Technical Strategist at Internet Solution and Healthbridge both part of Dimension data plc, Jaco became an Enterprise Architect at Discovery, a leading health insurer. In 2008 Jaco joined Cura as Chief Architect and has been primarily responsible for the product roadmap, defining the vision and architecture for the next generation of products. In 2009 Jaco was promoted to Chief Technology Officer.

Karl Campbell - Vice President Sales: Europe and Middle East
Karl, (MBA - RSM Erasmus University) has over 20 years experience in the ICT industry. Karl has held a number of leadership roles, most recently as Regional Managing Director EMEA for Progress Software, and CEO of Relevare Ltd.   Karl has lived and worked in Australia, UK and Europe, building, growing and leading enterprise software companies. Karl strongly believes in building customer value, which he obtains through a combination of applying his industry, operational experience and business leadership, coupled with understanding and delivering on a customer’s expectations.

Mark Bookatz - Managing Director: Asia Pacific
Mark (BComm. Hons. Comp. Sci., Dip. Project Management) has spent the last 14 years working in a variety of roles in the IT industry. These roles have encompassed management consulting, project management and business analysis in a number of business applications, with specific focus on SAP, Oracle and Risk Management applications. Mark has successfully rolled out risk management solutions into BHP Billiton, Newcrest, Promina Group, Dept. of Human Services and other large organizations in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
